Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from staims.

Our standard delivery timeframe 7 days. Standard courier delivery charge to home is £8.95 for UK mainland. Europe delivery is £20 and the rest of the world is £37.00. Multiple items may cost more depending on the weight and prices will be determined at checkout. Next day and weekend delivery charges are an additional £5.00 on top of our standard delivery charge. These additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.
The next day delivery service applies on orders placed before 12 Midnight. The next day delivery service is only available in our personal courier areas and is subject to stock and courier availability and demand. When the personal courier service is not available, St. Aims will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer.
We advise a delivery time frame of 7 working days for international orders. We Partner with DHL and other reliable courier services for our international delivery. Depending on the item (s), delivery cost ranges from 37.00 and above. Customers will be advised upon checkout their delivery cost for their item.
